We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During drops, processing may take slightly longer due to high volume.

Shipping time: After processing, shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Address accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost/marked delivered packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors first. If still missing, contact us at concretehumansss@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate.

Drops: Items may sell out quickly. All sales are final.
